Your digital step change

The first smart online solution developed by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals .
System developed in the best clinics for the design of custom 3D foot orthoses .

Biomechanical functional insole

Functional foot orthoses that will allow you to improve the alignment of the foot, improving the gait and dynamic function of your patients.

Using the most modern concepts of biomechanics with 3D printing, these innovative orthoses will allow you to better rehabilitate your patients' dysfunctions by quickly resolving painful symptoms.

Multi-layer functional insole with variable density

Accommodative insoles improve foot comfort and through better load distribution . They complete the various types of cases that can occur in your clinic, thanks to these insoles in fact you can also intervene in a compensatory and palliative manner . The customizable multilayers allow you to reduce overloads eliminating pain , the risk of falling and the risk of injury. Thanks to the variable density , obtainable only with the 3D feetah additive technology, you can obtain insoles with limited thicknesses that can be used in any footwear with a notable capacity for reducing plantar overloads in the identified areas.

Online design software

The first 3D insole orthotic design software born from the experience of professionals and university research aimed at healthcare professionals or those dealing with insole orthotic therapy .

No IT experience required: thanks to years of development, Feetah allows you to design all the modifications and geometries for your insoles quickly, easily and intuitively.

Simple, complete and fast

The orthotic insole design process is guided step by step and does not require specific 3D modeling skills from the user. It is easy to design functional orthoses and accommodative insoles , it only takes a couple of minutes!

Furthermore, thanks to the cloud system, archived projects can be reopened to make changes later.

Great attention to detail, customization, precision , extreme durability, eco-sustainable materials and last but not least... quality ! All this is FEETAH !

To sum up

  • Open to any type of 3D scanner / 3D printer
  • Economical (you only pay for what you use)
  • Simple and intuitive
  • Scientifically validated and developed based on the direct needs of professionals in the podiatry and orthopedic sector
  • Able to produce insoles with multi-materials (POLYPROPYLENE - CARBON NYLON - PPCF - PLA - ABS - PETG -TPU - TPS)

Green Solution

  • Reduces waste of raw materials by avoiding molds and casts
  • Use of renewable and recycled raw materials (such as recycled PPCF) for the production of eco-sustainable insoles
  • Less CO2 emitted into the air compared to using chalk and manual technique

The method

3D scan of the patient's foot

The first step in creating a foot orthosis using Feetah is to obtain, through a 3D scan, the digital model of the patient's foot in OBJ format. You can use low-cost scanners, Android and iOS applications or professional scanners based on your investment possibilities.

3D modeling of the foot orthosis

Once you get to this point, simply log in, upload the OBJ file of the scanned foot, select 3 points on the foot (the first and fifth metatarsal heads and the center of the heel) and use Feetah for 3D modeling and customization of the foot orthosis in a simple, fast and intuitive way.

3D printing of the foot orthosis

The last phase of the process involves printing the foot orthosis using a 3D printer. If you don't already have a 3D printer, don't worry because the Feetah team can suggest a series of printers and materials that have already been tested. Alternatively, if you don't want to buy a 3D printer, you can rely on our printing service.
